All our meals is cooked "fresh to order" and then "fresh-chilled" for delivery directly to your door. Simply Heat & Eat or Just Stock Up in the fridge or freezer for later

Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. A minimum order amount of $100 applies.

How do I make payment?
You can make payment securely during checkout via Stripe Payment Gateway). We accept all major credit cards.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes you can place an order over the phone by calling us . You will still be required to pay for the order online. We will email you an invoice with links to pay for the order by card.
​
How much notice do I need to give for delivery of an order?
We usually require at least 48 hours to cook and prepare your order before delivery. Please include delivery date during checkout. In some cases, the notice required may be more than 48 hours if the next available slot is fully booked. Taster Pack Meals are delivered within a couple of after order is placed.

Our "Small Pot Menu" meals is perfect for individuals - that is,about 1 - 3 people. While the "BIG POT" meals are perfect for groups of 4 more.

Our "BIG POT" meals are perfect for get-togethers like events, lunches, dinners, birthday parties, baby christening, bridal showers, house warming and more. I simply don't have time to make my meals? What do I order?
You can choose from our online menu option. Our menu ranges from rice dishes, to yam dishes, chicken or fish sauce to swallow. Now you can stock up your fridge and freezer for later so you don’t have to worry about what you or your family will be eating during the week, giving you time to focus on more important things.

Do you offer weekly delivery?
Yes we offer weekly deliveries. Simply place your order and we can make weekly deliveries for any of your choice dishes.

I want to order custom meal order. Do you offer custom meals?
Yes we do. Kindly give us a call or simply send us a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

I will be having guest and friends over for a party. How early do I need to book my order?
We require a minimum of 2 business days notice for a guest size of 20 or less. For guest size larger than 20, please kindly contact us at least 1 week in advance. Our "BIG POT" meals offer you a stress free alternative to spending hours in the kitchen preparing for your guests.

Yes. All our food is freshly cooked to order.

Do you use any preservatives in your food?
No we don’t. We cook fresh to order and once cooked the food is cooled down quickly in minutes to lock in the texture and yummy flavors with no need for nasty preservatives. The food is then delivered to you chilled in insulated packaging, ensuring it gets to you in perfect condition ready to go in your fridge, freezer or microwave!

For deliveries, we will give you a 2-hour delivery window (via text message or call) before 10am on the day your order is due to the delivered, so you don’t have to spend the whole day indoors waiting for your order to arrive.

How will I know when my order is ready to collect?
You will receive a text message or a call once your order is ready. Your order is usually ready, two days after order is placed. You can also specify your pick up date. Simply indicate your pick up date upon checkout.

What do I need to bring with me when I Collect?
Just your order number and the name.
Can someone collect on my behalf?
Yes, but they’ll need your card or proof of your ID to collect the order.
